Project Management
Quality made paramount.
Project Management is at the very core of our business; it links and overlaps with construction, quantity surveying, and architectural design so that we can give a complete service to our clients. We are Chartered Project Management Surveyors (RICS) and Chartered Construction Managers (CIOB). Our project managers occupy a central role in the development process driving the successful completion of projects.
Typically, we are appointed at the beginning of a project and assist the client in developing the project brief and then selecting, appointing, and coordinating the project team. We then usually represent the client throughout the full development process managing the inputs from the client, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders. Our project manager is the main coordinator and problem solver of the project; he/she is the one that takes the weight, strain, and worries off of your shoulders so you can relax in the knowledge that your project is in the best hands possible.
The activities that project management surveyors are most commonly involved with typically include:

-
Identifying and developing the client brief
-
